Abidjan Chronicles

Abidjan Chronicles explores the intersection of tradition and modernity in one of Africa's most vibrant cities. Through a series of vignettes, we document the daily lives of artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs shaping the future.

The production phase involved three months of on-the-ground shooting, working closely with local fixers and community leaders. We utilized a mix of handheld cinema verité and stylized studio portraits to capture the duality of the city. Post-production focuses on a soundscape that blends street ambiguity with a bespoke electronic score.
